Fill in the Blanks History

Just imagine having a first-hand encyclopedic knowledge of US intelligence history for the last 60 years, or so.  What would you want to know to fill in the blanks of history?  Where would you begin?  And could you sleep well with that knowledge?

If you were lucky enough to have an introduction, you could start with an upper echelon operative with nearly 30 years of active duty at or near the top, brushing elbows with both Director Richard Helms and Counter-Intelligence czar James Jesus Angelton, subject of the 2007 cinematic expose, The Good Shepherd.  Together they held some of the darkest secrets of the cold war era.

Further, Helms,, Angelton, Colby, various Generals and military personnel shaped the UFO policies behind MJ12, The Aviary (UFO disinformation squad) and the mind control experiments of MK Ultra, under the auspices of Sidney Gottlieb.  Control was so tight in these areas that Senator Barry Goldwater complained his serious inquiries hit a stone wall, with an imperative to cease pursuing disclosure.

Security consultant, Leutrell M. Osborne of Annapolis, MD, was a high-ranking CIA official for 26 years.  Born and raised in Washington D.C., he was the original “black man in the CIA,” and is writing a ‘Dark Operative Series’ of stories based on his experience and deep background knowledge.  He is also “part of a think tank involved in developing a cyperspace work station for Community Economic Empowerment (CEE).”

Young Leutrell was interested in becoming a spy by age 12 because his mother worked in a clerical position at the CIA. Maybe that’s why his keyword is “karma”. By 17 his course was set and he began special photography courses. He finished college and continued to acquire core skills, such as four foreign languages.

He’s been called a CIA Russian recruiter.  Other sources label him a "vacuum cleaner."  He goes about sucking up information from well meaning yet totally clueless types, and finding out who knows what - then reports to higher ups what he's found. He became a spy supervisor: “In the operations division, that's where all of the case officers are. The supervisors were spies. Everything is set around basically case officers because they are the kings. And they are the people in the agency that make things happen, as far as collecting intelligence and running what we call clandestine operations.”

In his retirement, he still maintains his interests in intelligence and spying and is an active lobbyist for his own causes and an entrepreneur with an idea whose time may have come: a downscale, privatized mini CIA clone, the International Institute of Culture (IIC).  This vison has taken a few tentative forms to exercise Osborne’s strongly demonstrated domestic and international experience in risk analysis and homeland security. Inside sources name him as the #3 terrorism expert.

Paragon, financial services and small business advocacy, began operations in March 1994 when Leutrell M. Osborne, Sr. retired from public service as Leutrell Osborne & Associates (LOA). This business came from his five years at SBA after the CIA.  Paragon also did crisis control and hostage negotiations. Risk managements services included design, delivery of guidance in communications privacy, internet, physical, human and technical security requirements. 

For IIC, Osborne is “Seeking grants and contracts to use counter terrorism talents in communication based solutions.” He claims his mission is to “serve as an advocate of justice and democracy.”  While he was a CIA Case Officer, Osborne debriefed and interviewed foreign and US officials on threats and security matters pertaining to United States homeland security.

This type of front organization/research consultancy has a long tradition with federal agents put out to pasture, extending their ability to exercise arcane expertise as independent contractors, sometimes on small government grants. 

For example, retired intelligence officer, Dr. Carl Schleicher opened one such covert “virtual university” business as Mankind Research Unlimited, specializing in psychotronic research and applications and alternative healing from the 1970s to the 90s.

Though he denied CIA involvement, Schleicher is publically accused of inventing the cyborg, or Manchurian Candidate.  MRU and its nonprofit counterpart Mankind Research Foundation, was the D.C. version of SRI, Stanford Research Institute, home of notorious remote viewing experiments and other CIA-inspired projects, including mind control.  http://beyondmkultra.50megs.com

Osborne’s advice for would-be spies?  “Don't be afraid and don't take no for an answer. Don't let anybody tell you can't learn enough language, you don't know how to do things. All of those things that people tell you, don't believe it. Because it is people trying to keep you out of the good stuff.”

During Leutrell’s years of service (1968-1994) as a spy supervisor, the CIA veteran was on the inside of several of the biggest scandals and mysteries of clandestine service.  They range from UFO cover-ups and disinformation, to MK Ultra to the assassination of Martin Luther King, secrets of the Watergate debacle, CIA drug trade, insights on George Bush, Sr. and Jr., and the question of the real 911 perpetrators.

Former CIA Case Officer and counter intelligence expert,“Mike” Osborne is an antiterrorism expert who worked for the CIA for 26 years before quitting in disgust.  Now he’s a watchdog on overweaning government and rogue activities who knows where the bodies are buried and who put them there.  And he is willing to talk, even if it is short of full disclosure.

A highlight of Osborne’s life was attending the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. while he was stationed in Europe in 1964.  Just 25, he spent a precious hour with the civil rights leader. 

Later, Osborne found disturbing new details investigating King, identifying his attackers as being CIA agents or at least back pocket agents.  He found E. Behind this public hoopla, however, the Bureau's war at home continued unabated. Domestic covert action did not end when it was exposed in the 1970s. It has persisted throughout the 1980s and become a permanent feature of U.S. government. While the problems of the 1960s movements were enormous, their strengths might have enabled them to overcome their weaknesses had the upsurge not been stifled before activists could learn from their mistakes. Much of the movements' inability to transcend their initial limitations and overcome adversity can be traced to COINTELPRO.

Leutrell Osborne Finds Disturbing New Details Investigating Martin Luther King Jr. Assassination

Veteran CIA Case Officer Leutrell Osborne encouraged investigator Gary Revel to uncover additional details on the deaths associated with their investigation of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Revel previously advised Osborne about information that might lead to solving other related deaths to the assassination of King. When Osborne learned about the deaths of people associated with the investigation of King such as the two judges and six FBI Special Agents (SAs), Osborne said "There has to be fire where there is smoke."

Gary had previously laid out these details to Osborne:

Two of the judges in Tennessee, who were planning to give James Earl Ray the trial he never had, died of heart attacks just before their plans could be put into place. Six FBI officials, all of which were to testify before the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA), were prevented from doing so because of their deaths. Revel said deaths of these FBI SAs could be more significant than what many realized because all six of these FBI SAs were identified to Revel as being important witnesses for the HSCA. "Is it likely that the stress of the planned testimony really brought on heart attacks to three of these people?" questioned Revel.

One FBI Special Agent, Alan Belmont, died of illness. People do die of illnesses but the prolific coincidences of 1977 makes even that death start to look bizarre. To review the events and deaths of that definitive year: William Sullivan, who previously had been the Director of Domestic Intelligence for the FBI and for years ran the 'Destroy King Squad', was killed by a hunter a week before his scheduled testimony,. Louis Nicholas, who was one of J. Edgar Hoover's special assistants, would have been privy to the inner workings of Hoover's methods of operations just as Sullivan was. Nicholas died of a heart attack. Like Sullivan, Nicholas was scheduled to testify before the HSCA. The same thing happened to J. M. English who supervised testing the rifle that was purportedly the weapon that killed President John F. Kennedy and the pistol that belonged to Lee Harvey Oswald. Once again an agent, in this case English, missed his scheduled testimony before the HSCA because of his death. Donald Kaylor, another FBI official, was deep into the investigation of the assassinations of King and JFK. Kaylor was an FBI fingerprint specialist who examined prints found at scenes of both assassinations. Kaylor died of a heart attack before his scheduled testimony. James Cadigan died from an accidental fall in his home. Normally this would not be suspect. However, for Revel there were too many accidental deaths that year. Another death was Ivan Riley, the husband of Revel’s cousin. Riley was an experienced electrical power worker who died of an electrical shock while working on a power line. Finally, Revel’s brother, Cecil Ray Fillingame Jr., was killed during the height of this investigation. The 19-year-old brother was found hanged in his mother's garage in Ocoee, Florida. What alarmed Revel about these last two deaths was the knowledge that Revel had uncharacteristically shared private information about his investigation with both of them within days of their deaths.

Osborne now knows of eight people who died or were killed within a 6-month period. All eight were directly related to Revel’s investigation of the King assassination. When including other deaths during that year that were official suicides, accidents or deaths under unusual circumstances related to the work of the HSCA then a judicious person has to pause for thought. There is truth yet to be learned about unknowns who were directly involved in the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. as well as the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy, and Malcolm X.

In the Cold War era and still today, Black Ops are run under the table with money from questionable or unknown sources. If they weren't, it would be easy for foreign agents to simply look up projects in the budget and deduce their nature and scope. This Catch-22 has led to abuses of power, manipulation of segments of the US population with influxes of street drugs, and corruption at the highest levels, according to inside sources. Air America, the French Connection and Iran/Contra are among the most famous examples of this duplicity.

I received an email recently from former CIA employee and author of the upcoming `Black Man in the CIA', Leutrell Osborne. It contained the context of an article of sorts by David Hoffman about US Government corruption including drug running, murder and cover-up promulgated by National Security Operations. Of the numerous charges I read some were very familiar in the manner of execution. Below you will find some of the information including a little commentary and opinion of how it relates to me today:

E-Systems whistleblower, Michele Cooper, had gone to Danny James, FBI Deputy Director Buck Revell's subordinate at the FBI's National Security Section with allegations of national security violations at E-Systems. For her honesty, James threatened to file charges against her - a standard FBI/DoJ tactic to silence whistleblowers. Michele Cooper and her son wound up dead. She and other E-Systems whistleblowers alleged various complaints of extreme harassment, surveillance, break-ins, death threats, murder and attempted murder. All three former employees told about approximately half-a-dozen murders connected to rumoured NSA domestic special operations that involved the 'President George Bush inspired Oliver North; CIA/NSC illegal guns-for-drugs operation'. These were all guarded and protected by the DOJ and DOD in that nothing "illegal" was going on.

It was said that those running the operation could take care of business; "if they really want to get to you they murder you or your family members." Those who were fingering President George Bush, Oliver North and former NSA Director and CIA Deputy Director Bobby Ray Inman as being connected were all taken out. The inside sentiment remains that it was a National Security operation and vital to the safety of the United States of America. Flooding US city streets with cocaine was vital for the safety of the USA???

This was an early 1990's demonstration of the power of the elite. The same kind of power that took out JFK, MLK and RFK. President Diwight D. Eisenhower warned in his farewell address; "In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist." This warning echoes down the halls of history, especially today.

The Secret Service removed President Kennedy's protective bubble from his limousine on the day of his assassination; they failed to secure the windows and rooftops along the parade route which was a vital part of standard Presidential Security and they changed the President's route at the last minute. This is the kind of thing only the government - or shadow elements within the government - had the capability of pulling off. No "lone nut", criminal syndicate or even the Mafia could order such last-minute operational changes, or orchestrate a massive and well-executed cover-up of the operation. CBS, Dan Rather and Walter Cronkite's immediate reporting of 3 shots and Oswald worked together with the conspirators to fulfill the JFK assassination plan. In an unprecedented move President John Kennedy, who had not been happy with CIA Director Allen Dulles, asked him leave the agency because of the Bay of Pigs failure. After the assassination President Lyndon Johnson appointed former CIA Director Allen Dulles to the Warren Commission. Even today major media news organizations are used to further powerful corrupt officials and their criminal operations that are veiled as typical government business. Often we hear high praise of how `journalists' are our last hope for protection against government corruption when often as not the same `journalists' are used to help execute and cover-up continuing criminal operations ran by others including the government itself.

As I proceed with the development of a motion picture about my investigation of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. I am often reminded of the danger therein. Some have gone so far as to tell me that now President George Bush does not want my movie made. Some have even reminded me of the untimely mysterious deaths of my brother, friend and cousin's husband Ivan Riley and former FBI Director of Domestic Intelligence William Sullivan. Even the press support of the sabotage of the investigation cannot escape my thoughts. Still others say that my story is an important piece of history that must be told and would be told best in a feature motion picture.

As the anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. nears new questions arise in the investigation. Veteran CIA Case Officer Leutrell Osborne has learned that James Earl Ray may have become a made member of the Mafia in New Orleans Louisiana in 1968 some time before Kings murder. Further James Earl Ray identified one of the 3 tramps photographed in Dealy Plaza on November 22, 1963 as Raoul. Ray also alleged that he met with several Raoul-types on April 4, 1968 at another Jim's bar in Memphis, one of which could have been E. Howard Hunt.

Investigator Gary Revel pointed out that the artist drawing of a man who came out of the bathroom from where the MLK death shot officially came from looks more like Hunt than James Earl Ray and that several people place Ray sitting in his car on the street at the time he was supposed to be locked in that bathroom preparing to kill King. If E. Howard Hunt was in Memphis on April 4, 1968 and also in Dallas on November 22, 1963, Leutrell Osborne is now asking the question, "Why was he there?" If it is true, as James Earl Ray believed, that Hunt was among those with Raoul in Memphis and according to Ray, they were planning to meet with individuals who wanted to buy weapons then what does the CIA know about Hunt's assignment on that day. If Hunt was a member of that group then there should be a document in the CIA that would prove it and if he wasn't then where was he on April 4, 1968?

E. Howard Hunt was identified as being in Dallas on the day of JFK's murder and went to court to prove he wasn't. In a court of law and on the witness stand being questioned by attorney Mark Lane he failed to convince a jury that he wasn't in Dallas on that day. The CIA has not offered any documentation to prove the whereabouts of E. Howard Hunt on either day even after all these years.

Six FBI agents and two members of Revel's family were killed or died in unusual circumstances while Gary was investigating the MLK assassination in 1977. That and other related events led Gary to ask the US Justice Department to investigate further in 1999. Revel says that the DOJ reported back to him that the events were coincidental.

It may be that it is coincidental that Hunt was in Dallas, Memphis and then a member of a Special Operation ran by the President of the United States of America to break into the Watergate building. If Hunt was on an assignment for an agent who worked directly for President Nixon in 1972 then he may have been working in a similar capacity at the same level in 1968 and may have more to do with the assassination of MLK than previously believed.

If we find that the US Government truly found that MLK was a threat to our national security and indeed acted in the country's best interest by killing him then it is time that the US Government stands up and says so. If on the other hand James Earl Ray was a master criminal who single handedly outsmarted the Memphis Police, FBI, CIA and the Military Intelligence by being right there among them on April 4, 1968 and with one masterful shot killed King then let's see the proof. To this day there still isn't proof that Ray's gun is even the murder weapon. He still hasn't been placed in the bathroom at the time of the shooting and the claim that he was a racist has been disproven time and again. After almost 40 years the question lingers. If the official US Government finding is true that James Earl Ray shot and killed Martin Luther King Jr. then why can't they provide the proof?

New information is coming in every day that adds to the probability that government officials conspired with organized crime in the assassinations of JFK, MLK and RFK and then the continuing cover-up. It is somewhat of a mystery why the Inspector Generals of the FBI and the DOJ haven't themselves launched there own investigation into the obvious disregard for justice within the ranks of these federal institutions.
